A great machine with good looks and is wall – mountable. I had no more room in my tv stand so I made myself a metal bracket and fitted it behind my flatscreen tv; so I suppose it doesn’t matter to me what it looks like. Picture is great, there may well be better around for the price but the ability to mount it horizontally was more important to me. I had read mixed reviews but I am very happy with the picture and sound on a 32 inch 1080p LED screen, perhaps negative reviewers have larger screens which would exaggerate any flaws. Haven’t used the wireless much but it is easy to set up, just put in your wireless network security code. Plays most files from USB but not as slick (or format friendly) as my WDTV – perhaps I’m just too used to that by now.

Bought used from a marketplace seller for £169 and it was delivered within two days. Everything was included and hardly a scratch on the thing so I am very happy indeed.

I was looking for a DVD Player that was’nt to difficult to operate or too many wires & found this Samsung BLU-RAY/DVD Player & it’s perfect,it plays every format of DVD & CD you can think of & the added bonus that it plays XVID/DIVX & other similar formats & it loads & starts playing any DVD/CD in just over 12 secs (I’m very impressed with every aspect of the unit)& so thin. So if your thinking about it don’t just BUY ITlooks great & expensive too you.

Nice looking player, however wooden detail is a lot less than would have liked (can see it in fully lit room and close up, but otherwise just looks black).

Player itself is nice with a great picture and a quiet enough fan noise. However it does not have iplayer as advertised? The aps are not great, games etc, but hoping more will be added in time?
