I was concerned whwn I didnt recieve it, I emailed their customer services which are excellent and after they realised I hadnt got the product they resent it 10/10 for product and customer service 8/10 for delivery :)

This head cleaner worked, but I hadnt realised it was one with the liquid to squirt into a hole…and there was no instructions as to how much to squirt….so it was a pure guess.

Unfortunately this didn’t clean my video head completely the first time I used it – and it wouldn’t work again.

There is a saying. “You get what you pay for”. Well, I got a VHS cleaning cassette at a very cheap price. It’s cheap because it is poorly engineered. That means some VHS recorders won’t take kindly to the drive wheels that are stiff and not well supported by the inferior hub mechanism.
Avoid.
NB: Because it was so cheap, it wasn’t worth taking up with the supplier – it would have cost almost as much to send it back.

I once had a very good vhs player which worked well but thoult a clean of the heads would do it good as its a little old, and make it even better. Thanks a bunch for ruining my player!! what a load of poo poo i think the thrase if it aint broke dont fix it come to mind!! i could think of other things to call this cleaner but it may cause offence!
