Review by Darren Fuge for Digital Value HDMI DVD player 1080P DIVX/XVID/MP4 with USB playback
Rating:
I bought this DVD player and I don’t like it. First, you have to buy batteries for the remore control, there’s no ordinary audio sockets (so if your TV doesn’t have pro-logic surround stereo you need a Digital Coaxial cable and I can’t find one that is long enough or one that works and not all hi-fi systems have a socket for that lead so it means getting lumbered with ordinary stereo with only the two speakers), the power lead in the DVD player is too short, it’s about a foot-and-a-half long, the buttons on the DVD player are made out of cheap plastic as if they will break very easily and the advert says it’s multi-region as if it’s pre-set on multi-region and you have to mess about finding the code to convert it to milti-region.
This useless DVD player causes a further cost in money. A further cost in buying Digital Coaxial cable lead, am extendion lead for the power and for starters batteries and most companies supply batteries to get us started. It’s bad enough nobody supplies the scart lead anymore.
I could have got something for less money.
The only decent thing about this DVD player is, it’s small.
