Rating:
The pros:
* Easy to use menus (but see below on performance)
* Works really well (and plays everything I’ve thrown at it)
* Love the Wifi connectivity; streaming HD material straight from my NAS (albeit with some stutter here and there, to be expected)
– Great to browse YouTube and Picassa albums straight out of the box
The cons
* Slightly cheap feel to the build quality (casing and remote control)
* Somewhat underpowered to drive the Java GUI smoothly
Minor points
* No way that I could find to get the MAC address from the box so had to disable MAC filtering, connect and then read it off my router
* Came with a European power plug hardwired into the case
-UPDATE: Avides.com who sells it kindly offered a replacement of the unit to remedy this problem but obviously it also works fine with a simple EU->UK converter and is not a show-stopper.

Easy to use, easy to setup, Fantastic Blu Ray, DTS is Superb through my AV amp,Picture quality on 42″ LG Full HDTV 1080p is awesome, still can’t believe how well it plays the files from my networked laptop, no more wires thanks. No complaints so far.
